In the theater world, remuneration modes take very diverse forms. In order to avoid our members the unnecessary inconvenience to look for remuneration information, we indicate the approximate remuneration level according to a points system next to the offers. The remuneration level is a mandatory information, however the information giving is not binding. You will find here the explanation for each remuneration point :
Performing artists and musicians cannot be remunerated in hourly wage. For all offers for which the remuneration is commission or revenue-share based, please select the category that matches the hourly wage / pay per show / monthly wage that would be expected with these remunerations forms. If the expected remuneration lies below the remuneration range falling under category "One", please publish the offer under "Training" and not under "Work".
*The income category is determined based on the pay per show or per day and not on the total monthly income or the total number of work hours. Please indicate the brutto pay per show when hiring and indicate the netto amount if payment is made on a billing basis.
** Please, for monthly pay, calculate the amount that would corespond to a full time job (40 hours/week) for comparison purposes, and based on this result, choose the income category.
Training
We distinguish between 3 types of remuneration here :
Paid
Paid trainings, volunteering and internships, as well as offers that do not meet the minimum remuneration.
free of charge
Traineeship or mandatory internship without pay
for a fee
Trainings, workshops and classes, for a fee.
