As the only residency facility dedicated to dance in Korea, Seoul Dance Center offers an infrastructure for dance art creative activities, and hopes to become a space where artists can experiment with the various possibilities of dance as a form of art.<br />The Seoul Dance Center was built on the former Seobu Road Traffic Office, which had been abandoned by 2011. Originally named as the Seoul Art Space Hongeun, the Seoul Dance Center has functioned as a space dedicated to dance genres since 2016.
